Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love what you ordered. But in case you don't—perhaps it's a little too big or the style just isn't you—we'll send you a new size, color, or style, or issue you a quick refund if the item is in its original condition. We'll gladly accept for return or exchange within 14 days of purchase any merchandise purchased that has not been washed, worn or altered and is accompanied by its original price tag and receipt or packing slip. If you believe you have received defective or incorrect merchandise (style, size, color), contact us via email (gcloth@gamedaycloth.com) within 5 days of receipt and provide a photo of the defect. 

 

Non-Returnable Items


The following are not eligible for refund and will be denied:

  • -Intimates, underwear, socks, earrings, hair accessories and beauty products
  • -Returns received after 14 days of the original shipment date
  • -All Sale items 
  • -Damaged, washed, worn or altered items, including items returned with deodorant, makeup, smoke, perfume and/or stains
  • -Blemished Shoes. Please check sizing on all footwear by trying them on indoors so as to not blemish the soles. All footwear must be returned undamaged.

Gameday Cloth reserves the right to determine eligibility for refunds, and to update this policy at any time without notice. 

Return/Exchange Instructions


You must send your return within 14 days of the original shipment date in order to be eligible.

 

Once we receive your return package, we will promptly refund your credit card or Gameday Cloth account. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that it may take up to 7-10 business days for your financial institution to post the transaction.

 

Return Procedure:

 

  1. Pack your merchandise in the original shipping box.
  2. Include the original receipt inside the box with the reason for return.
  3. Insure your package for the full value of the merchandise and return it to us using the delivery system of your choice.
  4. Affix a new address label to the shipping box over the original shipping label.
  5. Check your e-mail. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution may require additional days to process and post the transaction to your account.

 Once we receive your package, we will promptly process the exchange as requested. If we have any questions regarding the exchange, we will contact thou by phone or email. We will notify you via e-mail once your exchange has been processed.

 

Exchange Procedure:

 

  1. Pack your merchandise in the original shipping box.
  2. Include the original receipt inside the box with the reason for return.
  3. Insure your package for the full value of the merchandise and return it to us using the delivery system of your choice.
  4. Affix a new address label to the shipping box over the original shipping label.
  5. Once we receive your item for exchange, we will send your new order at no additional cost. You will receive an e-mail containing the shipment tracking number when your new order is shipped.
  6. Check your e-mail. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. 

 

Gameday Cloth is not responsible for any return/exchange packages that are lost or damaged.

Shipping & Delivery


All orders placed will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days unless otherwise specified in the product description. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Merchandise Availability


While we make every attempt to properly represent real inventory numbers on the site, merchandise availability on our website is not guaranteed. If merchandise is not available by the time your order processes, we will notify you of this via e-mail. You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail once your items have shipped.
