Shipping & Returns

 

Shipping guidelines

Gameday Cloth will process & ship your order within 2-3 business days. Orders placed after 1pm may be processed the following business day. Shipping timelines are subject to credit verification and product availability. We will contact you with a follow-up email or phone call if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification.

 

If you ordered multiple products, we may ship them in separate boxes (at no extra cost to you) to ensure the fastest possible delivery. 

 

To protect our customers from potential credit card fraud, all orders with different shipping and billing addresses will need to be verified. You will be contacted by our customer service department to do so. In addition, no orders will be shipped with out a valid telephone number.

 

Delivery is unavailable on Saturday, Sunday and federal holidays.

Gameday Cloth shall ship products to customer F.O.B. place of shipment with shipping carriers designated by Gameday Cloth.  Gameday Cloth’s title to the products passes to you as customer upon delivering the products to the carrier for shipment with the carrier acting as your agent. You assume the risk of loss for products during transit and shall be responsible for obtaining insurance, if desired. Gameday Cloth shall not be liable to you for any breach or delay due to events beyond Gameday Cloth’s reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God or business interruption.  The products on this website are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation, warranties of title, implied warranties of merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. 

 

Guidelines for international shipping

Risk of loss and title for merchandise shipped internationally will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. 

 

When ordering from Gameday Cloth, you are the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. You authorize us to designate a carrier to act as your agent with the relevant customs and tax authorities in the destination country, to clear your merchandise and advance (on your behalf) any duties and taxes owed by you. Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how your order information is used and shared. We would like our international Customers and Customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. Also, we may provide certain order, shipment, and product information, such as description, to our international carriers, and this information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.

If the order is a gift, the package is marked "gift," but the cost of the item is still stated on the customs form. Customs authorities require us to state the value of the gift item directly on the package. Gameday Cloth does not lower the value of merchandise on international shipping documents.

 

Order Confirmations

You will receive an e-mail confirming your merchandise has been shipped. Remember to change your e-mail settings to accept all e-mails from Gameday Cloth

 

Tracking your order

The e-mail confirmation will include a tracking number from the shipping carrier. Merchandise can be tracked through the applicable carrier's website using the assigned tracking number.

 

Return policies

Gameday Cloth wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We will gladly accept regular-priced and sale-priced merchandise for return as long as it meets the following criteria:

1. Merchandise is in original condition and has not been worn, altered or washed.

2. Merchandise has all original tags attached.

3. Package is postmarked for return within 14 days of purchase, not receival of shipment

4. Return instructions, included with shipped merchandise, are followed precisely.

  1. We do not refund shipping and handling charges. 

 

Return procedure

Once we receive your return package, we will promptly refund your credit card or Gameday Cloth account. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that it may take up to 7 - 10 business days for your financial institution to post the transaction.

 

Returning Your Item

• Pack your merchandise in the original shipping box. 

  • Include the original receipt inside the box. 

• Insure your package for the full value of the merchandise and return it to us using the delivery service of your choice.

• Affix a new address label to the shipping box over the original shipping label.

• Check your e-mail. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution may require additional days to process and post the transaction to your account.

 

 

 

Exchange policy
